We are looking for a committed and driven individual to drive B2B sales for our mobile platforms as an Inside Sales Manager. The position will be based in Mumbai

The Role :

- Own a target for revenue generation from our mobile platforms from India and APAC market and achieve quarterly quotas

- Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Be responsible for the pipeline from prospecting to closure, or transition to sales as required for further development and closure

- Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements

- Be the - voice of the customer- and share insights as relevant to product development teams.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate with 4+ years of work experience in B2B sales, inside sales or business development for SAAS based products. Conversant in dealing with senior management

- Proven track record of performance

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills

- Hands-on experience in using Lead management and CRM tools

- Start-up acumen - Need to be proactive and result oriented. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively is a must
