Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and coach SDR's to achieve individual and team targets.

- Overseeing self and team's outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach and social media engagement.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales team to develop targeted lead generation strategies and campaigns.

- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the lead qualification process and improve overall pipeline management.

- Monitor key performance metrics, track progress, and generate regular reports to provide visibility into lead generation efforts.

Eligibility :

- Educational qualification with B.Tech/BE/ BBA/ MBA or any similar field

- 7+ Years of experience in Sales Development with demonstrated progression in responsibility.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
