Enkash - Lead - Sales Development (3-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

1. Lead, mentor, and coach SDR's to achieve individual and team targets.

2. Overseeing self and team's outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach and social media engagement.

3. Collaborate with marketing and sales team to develop targeted lead generation strategies and campaigns.

4. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the lead qualification process and improve overall pipeline management.

5. Monitor key performance metrics, track progress, and generate regular reports to provide visibility into lead generation efforts.

Eligibility :

1. Educational qualification with B.Tech/BE/ BBA/ MBA or any similar field

2. 7+ Years of experience in Sales Development with demonstrated progression in

responsibility.

3. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
