A bit about how you as a Inside Sales Specialist, can make a difference @ EnKash

Here, you get an opportunity to take ownership of finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, you will reach out and engage with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.

We bet, you will have a great time doing what you love to and that includes :

- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up

- Ability to connect with the Founders/CXO level executives of the corporates with an intent to initiate business related relationship/engagement with them.

- Understand client needs and requirements

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members for further development and closure and even do end to end closures wherever possible

- Maintain and expand the database of prospects by researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest

- Perform effective online demos to prospects, wherever required

You should excel in this role, if you have : 

- Proven inside sales experience for B2B SAAS based companies and track record of over-achieving the targets

- Strong phone presence and experience reaching out to CXO level executives on calls

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- BA/BS/Communications degree or equivalent
