Enkash - Field Sales Role (1-3 yrs)

Responsibilities :

1. Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.


2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

4. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.

5. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.

6. Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base and increasing revenue.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

9.Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking events as required.

Qualifications :

1. Proven track record of success in field sales or direct sales role.

2, This is a contract position with the potential for renewal based on performance and business needs.

3. Compensation will be based on a commission structure, with the potential for bonuses based on sales targets achieved.

4. Training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

5. Flexibility in working hours and travel within the assigned territory is required.
