Responsibilities : 

- The Sales & Service Representatives will be responsible for making outbound calls to business owners and generate leads by explaining the different packages that are available for us to offer.

- The representatives will also need to be providing excellent customer support experience by addressing all queries and concerns brought forth by the customers via Phone / Chat / Email.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities required

- Dedicated advisors with very good communication skills.

- Minimum 3 years International Experience in customer support, Sales & Service (Voice & Non-Voice)

- Sales Skills & Efficiency in generating leads.

- Must be able to pitch offers depending on the customer's need or requirements

- Ability to crack sales and perform under pressure

- Out of the box thinking in order to generate more prospects

- Good Understanding of (international Voice process) Phone / Chat / Email Etiquettes

- Must be able to document each case by adding accurate comments on the tickets

- Adhering to all the policies of the project

- UK BPO Experience Preferred.

- Typing speed of 35+ WPM

- Very good MS Excel skills

- Rapport building with Customers

- Good knowledge on customer service and customer handling

- Knowledge on how to handle different kind of customers

Note : The office timings are 1.30 - 10.30 pm and this is a work from office role. Immediate joiners will be preferred
