- As a Sales Development Representative at EngiNeo Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and nurturing potential customers. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact, and setting up sales appointments for our Account Executives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our SMB-focused SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities :


Lead Generation : Research and identify potential SMB customers who can benefit from our suite of business applications.


Prospecting : Use various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to engage with leads and initiate conversations.


Qualification : Assess the needs and fit for potential customers to ensure they meet our target customer criteria.


Educate Prospects : Clearly and effectively communicate the value propositions of our SaaS & PaaS solutions to prospects.


Appointment Setting : Schedule product demos, consultations, and meetings for our Account Executives with qualified leads.


Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progression in our CRM system.


Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and strategies to maximize lead conversion.


Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, our product offerings, and competitors to effectively position our solutions.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.


- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


- Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus
