Engine Sales Role (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

1. Establish good contacts with the customers/OEMs/dealers /distributors/OEM dealers etc across India

2. Establish clear focus and direction for distributors/dealers in each location to achieve revenue objectives.

3. Forecasts sales volume of engines and plan achievement of the same.

4. Responsible for developing sales strategies for Engines.

5. Execute product sales with pricing within margin guidelines.

6. Identify and develop new distributors/dealers and direct accounts.

7. Service current and potential distributors/dealers and direct accounts.

8. Provide technical support to distributors/dealers and direct accounts.

9. Analyze sales and market data to provide relevant information to senior management for decision making.

10. Liaise with Engineering and Production departments to ensure products meet market requirements.

11. Frequent travels to the respective territories to support distributors/dealers in developing the market.

12. Co-ordinate for dispatch and logistics, and other related commercial matters including receivables management and collection of statutory forms etc.

13. Co-ordinate with other functions like service, parts and training for addressing auto segment customer needs.
