Responsibilities and Duties :
- Should have a good knowledge of various bidding portals, like upwork, Guru, PeopleperHour, Freelancer, etc.
- Manage the entire bidding process.
- Manage and coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at an accurate bid.
- Manage the competency and efficiency of the bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins.
- Eagerness to learn new things and grasp quickly.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Achieving monthly targets
- Generate leads for IT projects
- Proposal writing, Presentation & Negotiation skills
- Client Convincing & Client Handling skills
- Time management skills Salable and ability to take the decision
