Job Description :
- Taking targets for enrollments & revenue for center(s)
- Planning marketing activities & budget
- Ensure achievement of taken targets for center(s)
- Ensuring need based timely recruitment and training of subordinates - career advisors, marketing executives, etc.
- Vendor Management: dealing with vendors for best prices, quality job and timely delivery
- Coordinating with academic, operations & publishing dept.
- PR with colleges & conducting events for generating word of mouth and create brand awareness
- Preparing & analyzing marketing reports.
Skills Required ;
- Good Written & Spoken Communication.
- Good Interpersonal, Organizational & Presentation skills.
- Should be Customer Centric.
- Capable of writing reports, procedures and business correspondence
- Target Driven
- Go Getter & Dynamic.
Qualifications :
Graduate - B.Com, B.Sc, B.B.A or any other/ MBA or Management Qualification would be an added advantage.
Minimum Experience :
1 Year
