Encasa Homes - Operations & Customer Happiness Role (2-10 yrs)
The White Cradle is looking for someone to manage the overall operations of the ecommerce brand, including its Shopify website and Marketplaces.
What you will do:
- Handle order, inventory and payment operations of our Shopify-based website. (www.thewhitecradle.com) and marketplaces (Firstcry, My Baby Babbles and Amazon) - including responsibilities such as processing daily orders, inventory management, preparing invoices and reconciling payments.
- Be the first point-of-contact for customer support. This includes responding to customer queries on Instagram and WhatsApp - ranging from website issues, providing product information, and taking offline and customized orders.
By being the main point-of-contact with customers, we want the candidate to be actively involved in identifying customer pain-points and helping develop solutions for these:
- Use customer feedback to identify new product categories and design themes.
- Work on product developments and related vendor sourcing (contacting new vendors and coordinating samples of materials and new products).
Who you are:
- You have experience with managing ecommerce operations either on Shopify/WordPress or marketplaces.
- You have very good English skills to be able to coordinate with our customers through WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Bonus: You are a parent in the last 2-4 years. This will allow you to better empathize with parents' pain-points.
