Encasa Homes - Manager - Paid Media (1-5 yrs)

We are looking for someone to handle the social media ad accounts for two of our brands - both are brands that target parents (children's ages 0-5). These are brands with established social media accounts and product lines.

What you will do:

- You will be in charge of the social media ad accounts for two of our brands - specifically Facebook and Instagram ads.

- You will strategize and implement campaigns to target the entire funnel of customers - from prospecting new customers to retargeting previous visitors.

- You will regularly update ad assets to ensure that ads are fresh and performing.

- You will extensively test all aspects of the ads, including images, copy, audience (broad, interest-based, lookalike, etc).

- You will send detailed weekly reports on the types of campaigns that are spending and their performance (or setup a dashboard in Google Sheets).

- Periodically, you will setup promotional campaigns for new product launches or specific offers.

- Your overall goal is to maintain a strong ROAS. The brands that you will be working for have had a strong ROAS of 10-20 over the past year. We are looking to scale up the spends at this point of time from approx INR 30k/month.

Who you are :

- An expert in Facebook and Instagram advertisement.

- Have managed other brands with the specific purpose to drive sales through Shopify websites using Instagram Ads. Have managed spends of at least INR 100k/brand/month with an ROAS of 10.

- Have a deep understanding of managing the entire funnel of customers, and experience with running all sorts of campaigns.

- Any experience with Email Marketing or Google Ads is a bonus, but not the primary goal right now.

- Experience with Canva for creating assets like video or story ads is beneficial.
