Job Summary :

About EmptyCup :

We are building an interior design platform where a homeowner can understand his personality and tastes and design the house on his own without the help of a professional interior designer. The product guides the home buyers to truly define the space they will live in.

The candidate's role is to assist the core founding team in various aspects of business and product development. While assisting the business head and product head, the candidate is expected to learn the various problem-solving approaches and skills related to market research, business development, sales, and operations and own up an entire module related to BD/Operations subsequently.

Responsibilities and Duties :

The candidate is going to assist the business operations head and product head-on multiple problem statements. Following are the problems that the candidate will be assisting and working on

1. Creating the plan, working on channels for lead generations, get the presentations created to raise funds for multiple products for EmptyCup from individual investors and business owners

2. Market research on different catalogs of interior decor, woodworks, and furniture brands, categorize them according to availability, functionality, and price, negotiate deals with them, onboard them.

3. Set up processes to get the acquired catalogs digitized into 3D and oversee the drafting process so as to get everything live in the product.

4. Understand how the cutting list, hardware list, and BoQ is generated in the real-world by going to factories and understanding their methods. Then set up processes to make sure that the BoQ produced by the product is the same as the real world. This would involve understanding the factory processes, standardize them and then give the input to the product team.

5. Create a process to verify the authenticity and capability of interior contractors, figure out our offerings for interior contractors. Once figured, set up a process to onboard the contractors who'll comply with our standards.

6. Set up processes and checklists for every stage of the interior execution pipeline that an interior contractor can follow and give this as input to the product team. Own up and fine-tune the processes as more projects gets executed.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2. Critical thinking and analytical thinking.

3. Quick learning and adaptability.

4. B.E/B.Tech/BBA/MBA anyone can apply but the candidate should have real interest and enthusiasm to learn.
