Job Title: Business Development Manager(IT Sales)
Job Experience:
- 4 Years of outbound sales experience for the North American/ European Market.Outbound Sales experience(Call Centre)in IT/Saas Product.
- Team mentoring or management experience of team size- 2-3 Business Development Representative.
Job Location: Remote/Work from Home
Timings:
- US business timings/ workings hours
- Parallel Indian work timings; 2 PM- 11 PM IST
- Working Days; Monday to Friday
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Primary Responsibility would be to generate sales leads
- Research accounts and contacts to build a high propensity database
- Make outbound calls to set up meetings.
- Have initial qualification calls to set up sales qualified meetings from inbound marketing leads.
- Do basic demo sessions.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- After 6-8 months hiring and building a small team with repeatable sales motion.
- Managing a Team of Business Development Representatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors in any field.
- Mastery over sales and client communications skills.
- 4+ Years Experience in Insider sales, managing SDR/BDR roles,
- Outbound sales in IT/SaaS Products in the North American/European Market.
- Any familiarity in selling software licenses or subscription service is required.
- Must be able to work with a Team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using the computer for various tasks.
