Empire Prime Realty - Manager - Digital Marketing (4-8 yrs)
Role
- The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will execute the digital marketing strategy using online methods to gain new customers.
- This is an individual contributor role who has to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the daily operations.
Responsibilities :
- Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designing, building, and maintaining social media presence.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifying trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluating emerging technologies.
- Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Creating and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
- BMS / BMM
- Certificate in Digital Marketing
Experience
- 4 years to 8 years of digital marketing experience in Real Estate.
- Experience of Lead Management, Website Management, Portal Management.
Knowledge
- Digital marketing tools and methods
- Real Estate trends and practices
Skills
