Empire Prime Realty - Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales (1-5 yrs)
Position : Manager/Assistant Manager
Function : Sales
Reporting To : Branch Head
Experience : 1 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Residential Sales.
Education : Any Graduate, MBA preferred
Location : Western, Central, Navi Mumbai, Thane KDMC
Head Office : Kavesar, Ghodbunder Road, Thane.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To build and maintain networks with customers and conduct outbound meetings at their office or residence.
- Sound technical knowledge in terms of the market, property, carpet area, amenities, pricing, competition etc.
- Attend walk-ins on site and deliver an excellent customer service experience.
- Achieve targeted sales conversion percentage.
- To develop a robust customer follow-up system to ensure to close sales.
- End to end completion of booking process with no pendency's with collection of initial booking amount
