Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and developers.

- Monitor the real estate market to identify new business opportunities and stay up to date on industry trends.

- Work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's services.

- Manage the sales process to ensure the sales team is calling clients for an outbound meeting for doing customer need analysis and doing timely follow-up for site visits and closing.

- Develop and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.

- Collaborate with other departments such CRM to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.

- Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with at least 10years of experience.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.

- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.

- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
