Brand Management Executive


- The Miko marketing team is seeking an analytical and process driven individual who enjoys poring over the internet (and everywhere else) researching meaningful insights and translating those insights into bold strategies and ideas.


- He would ensure the brand standards- consistency in day to day work from internal teams as well as from agencies and vendors.

- This is an evolutionary role where you would be expected to handle these :

Initially :

- Understand the entire business and product ecosystem

- Understand the brand's market position, communication, challenges and objectives, etc

- Handle the day-to-day requirements related to communication

Soon after :

- Be able to review work against brand standards, ensure quality control on deliverables

- Should be fully comfortable working with seniors, teams, agencies and internal processes

- Should be able to fully build out campaign strategies with the creative team

Later:

- Establish strong relationship with seniors and team

- Ensure minimal client escalations for day-to-day operations

- Should be able to identify new growth opportunities

- Should be able to analyze the brand growth and make course corrections

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Take ownership of brand's communication consistency and manage work deliverables autonomously

- Responsible for accuracy and deadlines for projects and campaigns

- Researching and readying the OKRs for each and every project and finalizing the project plan with the supervisor

- Ensure all plans and projects proceed according to the predefined OKR plan and draw attention of supervisors to potential problems that may occur

- Manage communication with internal teams, agencies and service providing vendors

- Manage not just the brand's deliverable, but also the team's satisfaction

- Develop campaigns- work plan, align everyone, execute and follow up on the work deliveries

- Evaluate and lead the progress of creative work and provide feedback for revisions

- Secure approval of budgets and ensure work is managed within the set budget

- Collaborate with teams to develop/execute proactive ideas basis research and new media trends

- Maintain daily/ weekly/ monthly status report

- Responsible for accurate and timely billing and payments of vendors
