Emotionally - Manager - Business Development (4-8 yrs)
- Understand emotionally- s vision, the Institutional Sales business strategy and business priorities to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Identify new avenues of expansion, boost market share, and increase sales volumes via existing and new partnerships across geographies
- Proactively identify partnerships with HR head and deepen existing relationships by analyzing market strategies, consumer requirements, market potential, and financials to increase revenue generation
- To organize campaigns, partnership outreach programs and deepen market penetration across the emotional health product line
Operational and functional :
- Build, develop and sustain relationships with key accounts across the business addressing their concerns and resolving issues
- Stay abreast of market changes and the strategies of competitors
- Explore opportunities with existing partnerships by understanding partner concerns and propose solutions to boost channel utilization
