Emoha - Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (3-10 yrs)

Role: Emoha is looking to hire a digital marketing professional to lead digital aspects and growth efforts. The person would be responsible for building and executing a high-impact digital marketing strategy and be accountable for engaging prospective clients from the digital world.

He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to lead digital marketing efforts. The responsibilities would include:

1. Develop high-level digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the leadership team

2. Planning digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/ SEM, Email, Social Media and display advertising

3. Executing our online customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels

4. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

5. Design, build and maintain our social media presence

6. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights

7. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

8. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

9. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience

10. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

11. Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels

12. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

13. Eventually, focus on global growth

14. Develop and build a digital marketing roadmap

15. Manage and improve online content and Google Analytics

16. Stay updated with digital technology developments

17. Accountable for all the Social Media accounts

18. Measure ROIs and KPIs and prepare budgets of all campaigns accordingly

Skills Required:

Experience building growth stage marketing strategies with a focus on brand visibility and customer acquisition across multiple digital channels

Hands-on experience with digital marketing - Facebook, Instagram, AdWords

Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function

In depth knowledge of online marketing tools and industry best practices

Qualification & Experience:

MBA - Marketing from a premier B School

Experience of 3+ years
