Emiza Supply Chain Services - Manager - Customer Success (2-8 yrs)
1) Handle key accounts and client on boarding.
2) Coordinate with Logistics & Warehouse Operations team, F&A, Delivery etc
3) Maintain, prepare and analyze data, trends, insights.
4) Ensure SOPs and SLAs are followed, monitor client wise, warehouse wise trends
5) Part of Cross Function Team to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction level
6) Must have ability to understand business operations and future trends
7) Support Senior Management with specific inputs on own scope of business to decide growth plan
8) Take part in business expansions.
