Eminence Technology - Business Development Manager - Lead Conversion (3-5 yrs)
MUST HAVE SKILLS :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, Plus if have Portals experience
- Background must be from PHP/Shopify web services-based companies.
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Generating Leads, Lead Closure, team management.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange and Close business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Prepare Sales proposals, Documents.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Team handling and Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
