JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development Executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management .Seek new international business opportunities. Contact & develop relations with potential customers via emails, online networking, social media. Create, manage Inbound/Outbound lead generation .Research markets to identify selling options.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

- The concerned person will be responsible for getting leads/sales for the company from various online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other Social Media sites like LinkedIn and Facebook or any other platforms which are available. The priority will be online market places ie. Bidding website.

- The sales would be related to content development and digital marketing services.

- The individual will be responsible for handling the pre-sales completely.

- She/he will have to bid and convert the sales for the company..

- Identify potential clients from various platforms.

- Research and build relationships with new clients.

- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

- Should know how to use online platform like Internet, facebook, linkedin, Freelancer and more for online sale.

- Good written and verbal communications; preferably written.

- Positive attitude towards achieving goals.

- Tech-friendly

- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust.

- Should have knowledge of MS Office( Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & email writing.

- Should aware of Social Media, Linkedin, and Freelancer websites.
