- In 2020, Emeritus secured a $113 million Series D round with participation from Leeds Illuminate, Prosus Ventures, Sequoia India, and Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

- We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Creative Strategist to coach a creative team that conceptualizes direct response advertising to inspire senior executives to consider our blended (Online + In-Person) programs.

Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize high quality, persuasive ads to improve lead generation campaigns

- Analyze product-market fit and translate how creative concepts can speak to relevant audiences

- Distill competitive creative into distinct features and develop program-specific creative strategies

- Guide the team to efficiently develop creative assets from concept through approval,ensuring adherence to our partner universities- brand guidelines

- Collaborate with the performance marketing, business and content teams to develop hypotheses, monitor performance and iterate on timely ad refreshes

- Improve efficiency across the creative pipeline by reducing turnaround time while maintaining quality guidelines across multiple campaigns

- Coordinate diligently with the team over productivity and project management tools

- Debrief the larger team on the latest direct response trends and developments in in the industry

- Recruit and coach full-time and freelance talent to support the growing needs of the business

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field

- 8+ years of digital advertising experience, with 4+years of experience working on a high growth brand/ business

- Portfolio showcasing creative effectiveness in direct response campaigns

- Strong understanding of the creative performance differences between digital platforms

- Well-versed with the core concepts and variables that drive direct response advertising

- Familiarity with the use of industry-leading tools to research competitor creatives
