Embassy Group - Manager/Team Leader - Inside Sales/Telesales (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
S/He will be responsible for Sales and Admissions as follows:
- Effectively manage the Sales and Admissions process
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for every lead that is generated
- To follow-up and resolve any concerns of each lead
- To continuously improve the conversion ratio of lead to enrolment and enrollment to admissions
- To assist the CBO in finalization of fee structure, admission policies, sales pitch, and other marketing collaterals
- To coordinate with marketing team of the organization on a day-to-basis
- Ensure effective implementation of the agreement terms with such partners
- Prepare reports and MIS as required by CBO
- To work closely with IT & Operations Manager to ensure effective on-boarding of all students admitted with organization and registration with business partners
- To interact with leads and solicit periodic feedback and satisfaction surveys; assess reasons for non-conversion, conversions and thereby share market intelligence with CBO
- Set-up systems, practices, and processes for smooth sales and admissions procedure including online process.
- To ensure all students admitted meet the eligibility criteria.
- To review and approve enrolment applications and verify documents
- To meet parents and answer any queries related to enrolment, admissions and academics.
- To work with CBO for customers enrolment, admissions, on-boarding and management process through automation and integrations.
- To present monthly MIS and other reports as required by the CBO from time to time
- To meet and exceed the objectives and goals defined by the CBO
