Embassy Group - Inside Sales/Telesales Role (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
S/He will be responsible for Sales/Admissions as follows:
- To make calls and meet leads at various stage of sales / admissions process
- To follow-up with the leads
- To send appropriate emails, messages and communications as defined
- To ensure timely fee collection and send reminders, as required
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for every lead that is generated
- To follow-up and resolve any concerns of each lead
- To continuously improve the conversion ratio of lead to enrolment and enrollment to admissions
- To coordinate with marketing team on a day-to-basis for feedback on sales funnel
- To work closely with the team to ensure effective on-boarding of all students admitted with organization and registration with business partners
- To interact with leads and solicit periodic feedback and satisfaction surveys; assess reasons for non-conversion, conversions and thereby share market intelligence with CBO
- Follow systems, practices, and processes for smooth sales and admissions procedure including online process.
- To ensure all students admitted meet the eligibility criteria.
- To review and approve enrolment applications and verify documents
- To meet parents and answer any queries related to enrolment, admissions and academics.
- To work with Manager - Sales & Admissions for customers enrolment, admissions, on-boarding and management process through automation and integrations.
- To prepare MIS and other reports as required from time to time
- To meet and exceed the objectives and goals defined by the Manager
