- Relevant Experience in the BPO environment would be preferred.
- Must be willing to join immediately.
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Must be comfortable with rotational offs and six days working environment.
Job Description
- Handling guest query on email Providing support to underwriter and agency
- Meeting TAT & Accuracy Daily/weekly SLA.
- Follow established procedures & guidelines for answering the guest query.
- Investigate and resolve guest/partners/internal queries.
- Communicating with customers through email & web service request.
- Strong empathy for guests.
