Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

QUALIFICATIONS

IMPORTANT: "At least 3 yrs of prior experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud" is essential

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing or a related field, other degree holders will also be considered

2. Willing to extend knowledge in not only Salesforce Marketing Cloud but the execution of marketing operations and integration with other applications

3. Good oral and written communication skills in English.

4. Understanding AMP Email is a plus.

5. Experience in Datorama is a plus.

6. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and / or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

7. Developer certification is a plus.

About the role

1. Identify target audience and conduct email marketing campaigns by utilizing features in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

2. Create and upgrade our email templates, content blocks, landing pages and lead forms by using graphics, personalization, HTML & CSS formatting and advanced features such as AMP script, SSJS and Einstein.

3. Develop and maintain SQL and SSJS activities for customer segmentation, data manipulation and transfer.

4. Configure API calls and integration with Salesforce and 3rd party tools when needed

5. Understand business daily work and serve as a primary point of contact for end-user support

6. Conduct data reporting tasks for regular and ad-hoc marketing performance reports, also work closely with marketing data analytics team to improve EDM reports

7. Trains end-users of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and create guidelines as per our Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategy

8.Plan, organize and execute testing with business teams and marketing teams.
