Job Description:-
- Extensive business development/sales experience in the Information Technology(IT) Consulting arena
- Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment.
- Must be technically savvy (fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured)
- Possess excellent communication, listening and presentation skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated and aggressive
- Strong negotiation skills, closing skills, diligent follow-up skills,
- Respond to RFI / RFPs/Business Proposals until the deal closure stage
- Handling team of business development executives
- Achieving company sales targets, preparation of sales budget, annual sales plan and strategy.
- Channel management /key business account management
