Elixia Tech Solutions - Assistant Manager - Customer Relations & Support (1-3 yrs)
- Communicating with customers and handling all their queries, pertaining to operational activity and following up with transporters and drivers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all vendor queries pertaining to vehicle hiring, vehicle placement, vehicle tracking and updating to make sure that vehicle should reach its destination and get the e-pod at the same time with the help of consignee or driver.
- Acting as a dedicated relationship manager for assigned accounts.
- Collate regular reports to update management on progress and performance
- Constantly innovate and have a proactive approach. Ensure to put in your best effort to improve level of performance and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures when performing job duties
- Liaise with other departments to plan and implement action plans, coordinate timelines for task closure to ensure improved and efficient operations for complete customer satisfaction
- Have and develop working knowledge of transport, logistics and supply chain industries
- Strong interpersonal skills and process adherence across the team
- Ensuring minimal turnaround and response time to all customer queries
Expected Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and preferably Marathi
- Basic knowledge with MS Word and Excel., Enthusiasm to learn ERP and software solutions.
- Previous experience in customer support/service roles will be an added advantage.
- Leadership quality, self-confidence, presence of mind and adaptability to various situations
- Openness and curiosity to constantly keep learning and improving
- Good people skills and process orientation
- Performing, goal oriented, highly driven and focused individual
- Any background/knowledge in technology/operations in the transport industry will be a valuable add on.
- B.E./B.Tech or Bachelors Degree in any relevant field will be preferred.
- Basic + Performance based variable component in line with experience, track record, ability and industry standards.
