Elite Manager - Sales - Insurance (5-15 yrs)
- Seeking an elite manager to hire and drive sales from top financial advisors/distributors of competition, driving revenue for the agency channel
Responsibilities includes :
- Identifying top financial/General Insurance/Health Insurance distributors, pitching Max-Life Agency Career Opportunities, hiring and onboarding top advisors/business associates, and driving sales from the team of top advisors/business associates and financial distributors
- Must have strong relationship-building capability, a go-getter attitude, result orientation, and a passion for sales
Requirements :
- Include a graduate degree with 5+ years of experience, at least 3 years' experience in the insurance sector, and familiarity with skills in recruitment and driving sales
- Measures of success include hiring and driving activation of top advisors/financial distributors, conducting successful career seminars/meetings, meeting sales and recruitment plan, maintaining persistency, advisor productivity, and retention, and adhering to input behaviors.
