Elite Elevators - Manager - Public Relations (8-10 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop and implement PR strategies aligned with our company's objectives, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging PR and influencer content, encompassing press releases, articles, blog posts, social media campaigns, and multimedia assets.
- Identify and nurture relationships with influential figures to enhance the brand's image and reach to expand our industry influence and credibility.
- Take proactive measures to manage potential PR crises, crafting crisis communication strategies, and promptly respond to media inquiries.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor actions, and evolving PR and influencer marketing approaches, leveraging this insight to spot opportunities
- Promote internal communication by ensuring employees are well-informed about PR initiatives, fostering alignment with company values and objectives.
Requirements :
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree in PR, communications, marketing, or related field; PR/influencer marketing certification a plus
- Proven PR Lead/Sr. Manager experience in Manufacturing industry Or Product based Companies.
- Strong grasp of PR, media relations, influencer marketing, social media, content, and digital advertising
- Track record managing media relations, securing positive coverage, and executing successful PR campaigns
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at crafting PR content for various platforms
- Effective project manager, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments
- Proactive, creative thinker with media monitoring and analytics expertise
- Strong interpersonal skills; builds relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and influencers
