Elev8 - Sales Specialist (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Specialist with a proven track record in Digital Marketing agency. The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of successful Business Development experience in a digital marketing agency. This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, a creative mind set, analytical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate within a fast-paced agency setting.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
- Acquire new clients to meet organization business goals.
- Generate potential leads, qualify them and convert into sales.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Document the client requirements in detail to be able to work on strategy and proposal.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop proposals and solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals that demonstrate our service capabilities and value proposition.
- Obtain referrals from the contact and convert them into sales.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve profitable sales growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and content that support business growth.
- Track and report on sales performance, forecast revenue, and manage budgets.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience within an agency setting or technology company.
- Strong understanding of digital services like Website Development, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Social Media and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt strategies in a dynamic environment.
