Performance Marketing Manager

Eleva8eDigital is looking for a skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager for our company. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Digital agency experience and a strong background in performance marketing. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth.

Experience: 3-5 Years

Budget: 5-6LPA

Responsibilities :

1. Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.

2. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

3. Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.

5. Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.

6. Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.

7. Develop a program to continuously improve our CRM and performance marketing toolset, including audience segmentation, campaign management, measurement, and analytics.

8. Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance measurement.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2. - Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

3. 3-5 years of agency experience especially in performance marketing.

4. Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.

5. Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.

6. Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.

7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

8. English proficiency is required.

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
