Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers to enhance the distribution network.
- Drive sales of Refurbished laptops, desktops, and IT Accessories in the assigned region.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and regional product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing T3 channel partners within the hardware industry.
- Demonstrated success in selling laptops, desktops, and peripherals, and experience in the refurbished category is a strong advantage.
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a sales team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
