Electronica Finance - Area Sales Manager - Machine Loan Segment (5-10 yrs)
- Requirement Experience in NBFC SME loan Machine loan/OD /CC for 5 to 10 years
Technical Competencies Required :
- Minimum 5 years experience in Banking/NBFC
- Specialized Knowledge of Retail Asset Finance or SME Finance Segment
- Experience in dealing with Mortgage Loan/SME Finance / machine loan/ OD/ CC
- Hard Core Sales Experience
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Should be very good with financial analysis and also possess knowledge of SME Business
- Proactive, Performance Oriented with excellent communication, convincing & Negotiation Skills.
- Local candidates would be preferred
- Should have Team Handling profile
Principal / Manufacturers Relationship :
- Creating and maintaining relationships with manufacturers / Principals.
- Maintaining regular contact with the existing Principals and develop new principal contacts.
- Driving the field to achieve the desired results
Team Management :
- Build, Lead, train and motivate team of executives ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company.
- Guiding & Leading the Executives in understanding deliverable as per local flavor and thereby Identifying positions which would help in effective achievement of targets
Experience : 5 to 10 years is a must.
Behavioral Competencies Required :
- Presentable, Proactive, self-starter & a continuous learner with good communication skills is a must.
- Prior experience in a managerial position handling techno-commercial aspect in related industries preferred
