ElectricPe - Sales Trainer (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking for a brilliant Sales Trainer to be a part of our Sales team. You will be responsible for training, and overseeing the performance of Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities :
- You Will have to define strategies and focus on activities that will help the sales team achieve better sales results
- You will guide the sales team to improve their skills and motivate them to deliver quality performance
- You should have a good knowledge of various sales techniques, training domain & excellent communication skills
Requirements :
- Design training courses, coaching sessions, and other role-playing activities
- Monitor the performance of all sales handlers & identify areas for improvement
- Establish training needs by observing sales encounters 7 studying performance reports
- Set monthly learning & development objectives for the sales team
- Act as a consultant to salespeople for challenges they have on the job
- Advise salespeople on how to upsell products & services
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum & material
- Regular brainstorming sessions & conduct assessments to get excellent product knowledge
- Design training courses, coaching sessions, & other role-playing activities
