ElectricPe - Field Relationship Manager (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Developing positive relationships with customers is a key priority
- Should have a good understanding of your customers' needs in order to develop effective plans to meet those needs.
- Identifying and referring upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the EV sales team.
- Dealing with customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Should always aim to retain customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs in a proactive manner.
- Should be willing to travel across geographical locations across Bangalore for physical visit.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills (Preferred English and Kannada)
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Problem-solving attitude
- Experience in relationship management or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Should own vehicle and must have a valid driving license
