Skills Required :
- B2C direct sales
- Connect and engage with customers via offline activity
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience in Product demonstration and explanation to live audience
- Experience in planning & executing promotion activities
- Relevant knowledge of safety requirements within EV charging or electrical infrastructure
- Good presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments
- Fluent (written and verbal) in English
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for post-installation RWA account management which includes the following tasks.
- Apartment confirmation for conducting activity- slots dates and requirements (space identification, Recce, date, time)
- Marketing activities pre-activity(WA Campaign, Leaflets, Notice Board Poster)
- Leads collection during the activity.
- Leads compilation and passing on to inside sales team post activity and follow-up on any closures if any lead is getting converted.
