Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.

- Monitor and respond to audience engagement and inquiries on social media.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

- Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Brand Enhancement:

- Implement strategies to enhance the brand image of the company on all online platforms.

- Consistently communicate and reinforce the brand's message through various channels.

Content Creation:

- Develop compelling and visually appealing content for marketing materials, social media, and the company website.

- Collaborate with the design team to create graphics and visuals that align with brand guidelines.

SEO and Website Optimization:

- Optimize website content for search engines to improve online visibility.

- Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

- Collaborate with external agencies if needed.

Analytics and Reporting:


- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance for management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management.

- Industry experience in the Marble and Granite sector is a strong plus.

Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and brand building.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and SEO best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
