Job Summary

We are looking for City Launch Managers to expand our Geographical reach and achieve higher patient satisfaction rate in numerous cities across India.

Roles & Responsibilities

- You need to replicate our operations in Delhi to your allocated city location.

- Hire and Supervise a team of relationship officers and set profitable targets and goals.

- You need to ensure that your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company's success in the long run.

- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

- Create sales plans

- Evaluate sales performance

- Review the annual budget

- Report on regional sales results

- Forecast quarterly and annual profits

- Enhancing sales performance by meeting Hospitals and Doctors

- Suggesting new ideas about the products/services

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Qualification -

- BTech/ MTech from a reputed College

- MBA from an esteemed University

Experience - Min. 5 years of relevant experience

Skills :

- You should have previous experience managing the operation of a city (or number of cities) while taking accountability for reaching targets.

- Should have excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

- Ability to analyze the statistics of sales

- Ability to lead and oversee a sales team

- Familiar with CRM (software)

- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
