Job Summary

Looking for Customer Care Executive with minimum a year of work experience on FULL time basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide customer support & execute sales for the company services into Women Health Care

- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi, English and Regional Languages

- Awesome at making customer relationships and meeting sales targets

- Day to day dealings and updates with doctors and clinics

- Good at objection handling and solving problems

- Impeccable customer handling skills and good Communication skills

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Qualification -

Bachelor's is preferred

Experience - Min. 1 year of relevant experience

Skills -

- Strong communication skills

- Great Influencing or pitching capability

- Have experience of sales, understanding customer requirements and over achieving targets

- Basic Computers including Google search, MS Office - Word, Powerpoint, Excel

- Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

Required Language: English, Hindi

Prefered Languages: Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, Telugu
