Job Description
Position : Marketing Manager
Industry Type : Homestay Hospitality
Location : Worli, Mumbai
Minimum Qualifications : Any Graduation. (MBA preferred)
Experience : 3-4 years of experience in Marketing. (Hospitality sector preferred).
Scope of Work :
- Lead and manage the marketing team.
- Assess and understand business objectives, translate them into a marketing strategy (online and offline)
- Align marketing activities with target customers- needs/preferences, and for creating differentiation in the market
- Develop annual/quarterly/monthly plans to execute the marketing strategy
- Incorporate relevant and trending Marketing Practices.
- Create systems and processes to understand the voice of our clientele through research, surveys, etc.
- Work with internal team and external partners for PR, branding, videos/film-making and other marketing activities.
- Provide consolidated marketing Reports at the end of every month.
- Create Content Calendar.
- Handle Influencer Tie-Ups. (Incentive based)
- Lead team to conduct online and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, and customer events.
Skills Required :
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (preferred).
- Website SEO Optimization (preferred)
CTC: 4.2LPA
