What you would be doing?

- Own lead generation and nurturing process through cold calling, email marketing, and social media.

- Follow up on leads and conduct primary and secondary research to identify potential prospects and key stakeholders within these organizations.

- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.

- Introduce leads to ekincare, organize online demos of the product and provide

- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

- Work with field sales teams and pass qualified leads to them as potential meetings.

- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

What You Need For This Position :

(PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T MEET THE CRITERIA)

- 2+ years of experience in lead generation and prospecting role. SAAS/B2B background gets an advantage.

- Bachelor's degree.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Track record of managing lead generation in India market, HR Tech space.

- Be able to thrive in a complex and demanding start-up environment

- Street smart, open-minded, analytical, persistent, accountable and ethical

- Located at or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
