About the Role :

- The incumbent to be a self-driven direct sales team member who shall introduce the company and its product offerings to potential clients with a sign end motive i.e., to win a sales deal. You shall be responsible for making impactful sales presentations to the clients ensuring that the core message is conveyed in the simplest manner with no ambiguities. The incumbent should have strong prospect researching capabilities, excellent communication and very good listening skills, he should be able to connect the dots and navigate a sales deal to a closure.

Responsibilities :

- Consistently exceeding or meeting sales quota every month

- Planning in advance the actions which shall help in achieving the monthly sales quota

- To be an expert of the product of the company and should be aware about all the features of a product

- Demonstrating confidently about the Company and its product offerings to the clients and smartly probe the client about their requirements

- To be able to comb through and gauge quick about the client requirements during every interaction and improvise the sales approach in accordance at every step

- To do adequate research about a prospect and gather relevant information prior to making an impactful sales pitch to a client

- To formulate monthly, quarterly, half yearly sales plans in lines to the sales quota as allotted

- Develop and maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline in accordance to the sales plan

- To follow-up with clients as per the timelines as agreed for the next sales discussions

- To be on top of competition offerings and navigate conversation with a client when asked, by not comparing features rather highlighting our USP's which best suits to the client

- To prepare and submit commercial proposals timely to the clients

- Attend and represent the company in trade shows or any industry related events

- To ensure the Sales CRM is always updated with appropriate and relevant details

- To submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the manager in lines to the actual performance

Key success metrics for this role :

1. No of Customer Demo's Done

2. No of Proposals Submitted

3. No of Deals Won

Must Skills :


- Minimum of 4 years of Experience in Direct Sales

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Sound consultative Selling Skills

- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills

- Good in using Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Ability to learn and adapt to dynamic sales environment

- Should be open and to work in field for in-person client meetings

- Good Listening Skills

- Candidates with prior HubSpot experience shall be preferred

Ideal Candidate :

- Self-driven, motivated and hungry for prospecting and sales closures

- Has been a top performer in the current and previous customer facing sales roles

- Candidates who have and achieved an annual target of one crore and above

- Good in networking and able to move and navigate sales deals

- One who shall keep his Camera-On in all Sales Presentation & Customer Meetings
