Position : Telesales Executive
Short Description : We are looking for an enthusiastic & talkative Telecaller to contribute to generating Leads for our company. The goal is to help the company grow by developing business.

Responsibilities :
1. To attend morning meeting.
2. Data sorting & collection if any.
3. Data entry in software/App/Excel if any.
4. Telecalling as per given target.
5. Responsible to achieve a given sales target.
6. Responsible to resolve all the queries raised by the customer.
7. Coordination with the production team for new products where ever required.
8. Responsible to attend incoming calls, SMS & Emails.
9. Follow ups till closure.
10. Final reporting to BDM.
Requirements :
1. Must be Customer focused.
2. Must be Energetic.
3. Have Closing ability.
4. Must have target oriented approach.
Skills :
1. Communication skills.
2. Hindi, English & Marathi proficiency (Written & Verbal).
3. Sales skills.
