We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for conceptualizing and bringing innovative paid media solutions along with traditional ones like Google Ads, Facebook ads, etc.

We are looking for someone passionate about Consumer Communication, ROI and Measurements, keen to use various platforms to their maximum potential.

Responsibilities :

- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, Facebook, and Google campaigns.

- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio

- Evaluate important metrics that affect our app/website traffic, CAC, and CPI.

- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

- Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Skills/ Qualification Requirements :

- Minimum of 2 year of hands-on experience in implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.

- Knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics / other similar tools

- Data-driven approach. Knowledge of SQL will be an additional plus.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
