Job Role :
- Customer onboarding, transaction processing, paperwork, portfolio updates, support, and service delivery are all tasks that must be completed.
- Proactively engage with clients and serve as their single point of contact for all service-related needs.
- Ensure that all investment transactions, such as MF, PMS, Structured Products, Bonds, and NCDs, are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide back-end support to the relationship team by recording and generating MIS and engaging with customers.
- Managing escalations and handling HNI customers while maintaining good service standards.
