Ekagrit - Lead Generation Role - B2B Sales (0-2 yrs)

Key responsibilities :

1. Generate accurate business email lists to assist our outbound sales effort

2. Find the email, business owner name, location, annual revenue, LinkedIn profile, Facebook profile, business name, and personal information of the business owner and/or the decision-makers of a small to medium-sized business

3. Work on tracking prospects, appointment setting, and following up on leads through our CRM

4. Work on cold-calling, reaching C-level executives in small and mid companies, and incorporating our signature -Respectful Persistence

5. Initiate calls to build rapport with the key decision-makers to set pre-qualified appointments

6. Record and manage prospect data within a web-based CRM application

7. Meet established productivity and performance goals

Attributes :

1. Knowledge of B2B LinkedIn appointment setting, B2B sales strategy, B2B lead generation, B2B email list building & prospecting a history of surpassing quotas, or B2B business development

2. Access to different tools for generating leads

3. Seasoned background in cold calling and lead generation

4. Goal-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven

5. Experience in working remotely from home

6. Exceptional telephone sales and documentation skills

7. Strong organizational and effective time management skills

8. Professional with a high level of integrity

9. Computer proficiency is required

10. Having own laptop/desktop computer with the internet connection
