We are currently exploring the opportunity for Email Marketing Manager - e-learning. At a high level, we have the following expectations:

The Customer Lifecycle Management lead with expertise in implementing CRM and sales funnel (strategy, planning, and implementation), email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, overseeing all aspects of the campaigns from design - writing - marketing - technical development. The lead will also ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the company's overall strategy, branding, marketing, and sales goals.

Required:

- Expertise in CRM, sales funnel, able to articulate end to end plan based on sales funnel, implement best practices

- Ensure people, process and technology is aligned with sales funnel and CRM

- Advanced skills in Multi-Channel Marketing, Analytics & Demand Generation through inbound & outbound marketing strategies & tools. The candidates should be able to learn & apply the experience to scale our enterprise towards growth

- Manage the entire leads eco-system: Define qualified leads & marketing funnel, develop lead generation strategy, generate leads with inbound & outbound marketing with measuring & testing lead gen programs.

- Run various Multi-channel marketing programs for leads in different stages of the funnel-like Events & Trade Shows, Content Syndication, Email, Paid Social Media & Search Campaigns, Webinars, Remarketing & many more

- Execute strategies centered around accelerating marketing qualified leads into sales pipeline to meet & exceed revenue targets

- Lead & accelerate programs using Automated Drip Email Campaigns (hands-on knowledge with tools is must)

- Lead website optimization and user engagement strategies in website for increasing the conversion rates via SEO

Experience in:

- Campaign Strategy

- Develop Contact Strategies

- Create, run, and manage campaigns

- Customer lifecycle management expertise

- Generate and Analyze Data

- Experience of working in the US Market

- Setting up Email Server, Email design, A/B Testing., Email Personalization, developing Email content

- Expertise in Email tools with a strong B2B Automation experience to manage the entire lifecycle of a customer.

- Create Customer Database and identifying good email marketing lists

- Follow the bulk mailing activity through various tools usage
